– For the past 90 days, I’ve been sharing with you
tons of information on how you can keep your heart healthy
including, obviously, a good nutrition
full of fiber, healthy fats, minimally processed.
Obviously nutrition is so important
and as a nutrition and wellness coach,
it’s something that I see every day with my clients
and also for myself.
It’s very important to know what goes inside your body
and enjoy the process.
You need to enjoy the things that you eat
but they’re equally good for you inside out.
Also, exercising is key.
We need to move our body at least three times per week
for 30 minutes and it’s a no-brainer.
So, get that time.
But, also one thing that I learned in this process
in this 90 days,

is to track my blood pressure.
I used to think that because I’m young,
I don’t need to do that.
But, let me tell you, heart disease
is the number one killer of women.
It causes 1 in 3 deaths each year.
So, monitoring my blood health and my blood pressure
every day has been eye-opening for me
and I wish that you can also start doing it.
It’s so easy to do.
Just with the device, you just track every day
in a quiet place and then you can check your results
on your cell phone.
They have an amazing app.
With Bluetooth you can synchronize the results
and even send it to your doctor if you want.
